1 Appellant, Mark West, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered on July 14, 2004. In this case, we must determine the proper remedy when a defendant alleges counsels ineffectiveness for failure to file a Concise Statement of Matters Complained of on Appeal under Pa.R.A.P. 1925. Given our Supreme Courts recent pronouncement in Commonwealth v. Halley, 870 A.2d 795 (Pa. 2005), we hold that the proper remedy is to remand for the filing of a Concise Statement.
